Our aim is to not isolate users in any way. This is quite a broad statement and covers several areas, one of which is the issue of not isolating users with disabilties. We have set the default font and good legible size, we have also provided quick access to a text resizer tool. You can also resize the text using your browser, we cannot gaurantee the sites layout will remain as designed but it will allow you to increase the text sizer to a bigger size than our own text resizer, here are the details:

Another aspect we have taken into account is not isolationg users because of the limitations in software/hardware, i.e. the site will work on older browsers and does not require any additional plugins in order to function.
